About Me
I am an experienced data scientist with a prior background in computational astrophysics. After I completed my PhD in 2019, I continued my journey with Austin-based MLOps startup, Striveworks. In my role there, I have worked a wide range of projects in machine learning. My main areas of focus are computer vision and natural language processing, although I have also worked on various audio processing and structured data modeling projects for clients. In addition to my data science experience, I have contributed on the business side of Strive as an early employee.
Outside of work, I am an avid language learner, cook, guitar player, amateur photographer, and traveler. I am currently pursuing a goal of spending a night in every U.S. state, and have my eyes set on an Alaska adventure.
